I cannnot select the axis I want to move an object on (normally there'd be red,blue and green arrows) Instead I just get this.
Is there any way to fix this problem other than reinstalling gmax(which is what I'll probably end up doing anyway)

The Axis can't be move, you can only afetc the pivot in the hirachy tab. (that what you men I think) ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
Or you wanna move the Object? then first select the move tool ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

I had this proplem, i hit a key and then the colorful arrows where gone. i think it was X....or f just try hitting X or t and see if that works.

I cannot move an object along a certain axis by moving the cursor over the arrow. I can only move it along the axis of the yellow arrow, or I have to use the restrict to _ axis buttons on the top.
