Recruit

What did I do?

Insert CD 1.
Install Renegade.
Update Renegade.
Install RenGuard
Install GameSpy
Clicked a server.

What happened?

I joined the Server.
I got 3 messages: You Need RenGuard To Play On This Server.
And then: You have been kicked from this server.

Hmm?
Whats wrong?
I have RenGuard, Yet... It says I dont?
Wth?

Check in GSA if the path to your Renegade EXE file is correct. For using RG, it must be set to ....game.exe

The first time u log in after installing RG, RG doesn't know your name yet. Log in with your name, log out, restart.

that happened to me when i first installed it.... i reinstalled it like 5 times. Blush

did you start renguard when u selected the server????

- Logout
- Close RenGuard
- Start RenGuard
- Check it greets you with your name.
