How do i get rid of corrupt files? [message #168409]

Recruit

I dowloaded and installed renguard, when i run it it says that I have corrupt files that need to be fixed before I can get core patch 1.
they are: always; and scripts.
I clicked the link and downloaded those two from the renguard window, but I'm not sure of what to do with the zip files.
any help would be appreciated.

Open the zip file(double click), then extract them to the right folders. Scripts.dll goes in c:\renegade and always.dbs goes in c:\renegade\data

But now when I insall the core patch I get this Error Message:
Old File Does Not Exist
Note the error you are getting as well as what file is being patched and contact black hand studios.

The file it stopped on is CC_City_Flying.mix
