I'd object to people walking around in bikinis all day. Well...Depends on who I guess...
Anyway, this is not for the state to decide. Its none of their business unless all those people are walking along the streets looking like strumpets.
The issue at hand:

It was inevitable...
"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)
"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

Quote: | Long known to be one of the most conservative bodies in the United States, the Virginian State House of Representatives has broken new legal ground by voting to outlaw exposed underwear, in an attempt to restore sartorial standards in suburban towns such as Richmond and Norfolk.

Yum, that's a juicy piece of bias right there.
"Yet another insane law passed by that crazy Virginia House of Representatives. It shouldn't be a surprise, though, because Virginia's legislature has a history of being 'conservative;' this isn't out of the ordinary for those Republicans."
