The only out of control dogs are the ones with idiot owners. Of course if the dog is not trained properly, it's going to be out of control and no one will be able to control it.

What the hell is banning them going to solve? "We don't want these vicious dogs here, so lets put them somewhere else! Where they can attack other people!"

They're just too damn lazy(or cheap), to enforce anything else.

Renex is right even pit bulls if raised and cared for the right way is no more a danger than anyother Dog if they want to Ban something to solve there problem try i dont know a Ban on the idots that raise them to be killers it would be a lot better than baning just some types of dogs then all the breeders will do is pick another type of dog to make into a killer.
