Well today I have had to ban 2 people who where cheating, Renguard was running at the time as it kicked none RG users before and after I had to kick the second guy. Ive heard Rg can be bye-passed, if so I hope you guys are workin on a way to fix it soon. Our server has been doin great over the last few days with RG running, up until today there have been no instaces of cheating at all. Anyway I thought I would let you guys know.

Yep, i tried that as well.
Theres only 1 way to cheat and bypass renguard, and mac knows. Well he should, i gave him the screan shots.

We are playing with 2 computers under 1 ip. When my brothers joins a renguard protected server, then i hear the sound "you have just entered a renguard protected server".

From what I understand, though I do not know how to do it, some people, with great computer knowledge, can actually hack into the server and make things happen. This has not been confirmed but I heard this from several people.

depends what you mean by "hacking into the server" because that's rather vague

From what I've heard, they already solved possible exploits with this. I have been thinking about possible exploits with this, but I learned from other posts it isn't possible anymore.
Size doesn't matter.

I have seen such a "RG-bypass" few days ago. I was on the server "n00bstories.com", the map was Mesa and a player had about 57 Kills and 5 Deaths as a Deadeye (we both were GDI). A few days later he was on DT-Marathon AOW on WOL Euro with a similar Nick....I think it was the same guy and he uses BH. The 2 WOL-Nicks you all should ban (after a test, because he was detected with RG) are=
Ramrod_AI (on the n00bstories server) & Ramlod_AI (on the DT marathon AOW server)
He was way too good, but after he was checked with RG, the most players believed in the Serversided message... if one of you see him ingame, follow him and try to get the reason of his unbelievable K/D Ratio please. I didn´t get much of his action while viewing the Gamescore, but every shot was a Headshot, as the enemy complained...
I know DTbolitie is one of the Admins from DT, but I don´t know exactly at the moment who it is at n00bstories, so please contact them to watch the logfiles.
This happened: Sunday 26th February 2005 06:00-06:30 AM European (German) Time, so I must correct this to= Saturday 25th February 2005 Evening in your Timezone. Due to the fact that I don´t know the correct timezone n00bstories is at, you must go 6-8 hours earlier in the log I guess.

i have heard of one *possible* case of someone by-passing reguard personally. it was on one of the DarkAngels servers

Just like to mention that the possible case Kurt is refering to has been cleared up, he wasn't cheating.
