My Presets have all gone! Assistance Required ASAP :) [message #88092]

As you can see, only folders are appearing.
I don't "think" I have done anything to make this happen, its just deleted them all or something all by itself Crying or Very Sad

.

I thought, okay, so leveledit has fucked up on me, so I will unistall (backing up folders ofcourse) renegadepublictools and then reinstall them. And still nothing!

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

This can be caused by a currupt mod folder or Renegade is not installed, if it is installed i would suggest you reinstall.

you could watch into your presets folder of your mod folder if there still are the conv10.cdb and the objects.ddb file. if they still are there you could rename them and copy new ones into. this two files handle your presets tree (that´s why they are in the folder called presets Razz

)

Well if its just renegade you are reinstalling why not just copy your data folder and reinstall then paste it back in Smile

If you already have the Renegade files installed (namely always.dat), a reinstall will go super quick.

true, but won't the version of the always.dat affect the CD installer?
