I doubt you have many beta chars as far as I know only a few are around.
For the weapons:
laser rifle: pic known, there is a silverskin for the laser rifle but not a redo of the model
laser chaingun: I havent seen a pic of it but I suspect it is the same deal as the alserrifle. (I know there is a silver skin for it)
chaingun: (not much different from the standard one except a handle)
grenade launcher: This was an auto shotgun first. I have no clue about an old grenade launcher for the rest
proxymity c4: uhh? (I know there are pics of the old remotes)
rocket launcher: There are different versions of these no have been rebuild to my knowledge
tiberium rifle: havent seen a pic of that
volt rifle: havent seen a beta pic of that
personal ion cannon: havent seen a beta pic of it
and the railgun: There is according to me one screenie known and Im not sure if it is real.
+ flamethrower: I have some pics of it
chemsprayer: pics known
(And ofcourse the really old beta models m16,m4-m203, a couple of olf pistols etc)
I'm still working on some of the weapons but atm im doing some other modwork.

I don't really trust this...
How can someone who just joined the renegadeforums community have access to beta characters which we have been looking for for ages?
The only characters I've seen here so far is the beta texture for the NOD soldiers...

Point is where do you want to find those assets? Yes Leveledit still have the presets for it but the models?
I think there is only one instance that can give you those...
EA, and I doubt they will give you those.
Lots of renegade is still around you only have to search carefully.

Well the beta havoc is just logan -.-
The sakura is indeed in the always.
As is the soldier. As for the officer too.
Just search your always you will find alot of stuff with ease.
Besides although the soldier and officer are beta tbh the skins are ugly.
And the redone mutants indeed.
