Ok after reading your post, and laughing so hard, tears poured out my eyes into my coco pops, i want to help you get this working.
First of all im gathering that your renegade is working now, just not your online components?
Ok im gonna ask you something.
Did you get your copy of Renegade in a pack called The First Decade.
If so, try this.
Install Red alert 2 then Yuri's Revenge. Go into yuri's revenge, once at the main menu, click on internet and log in. once you successfully get to the main lobby, exit out of the game.
Now go into Renegade again and try going on the internet again.
