The picture looks pretty good, but I don't like Dragon Balls and I think it is one of stupidest cartoons(no offence). But it is still 100000 times better than Sailor Moon.

It's an MS Paint signature, dude. I can't use all of those fancy Photoshop features. Not only do I use MS Paint, but I don't know how to use Photoshop, and the 30 day trial has been up for atleast three or four months now.

Use the Gimp. It's just as powerful as Photoshop and it's free. If you can't figure it out, follow tutorials and ask around. You can't really learn by staring at the interface and thinking "I don't get this, MS Paint is my option." It is seriously worth using a much better program. MS Paint really isn't for graphical editing.
