I make mistakes when I kick, don't recall ever claiming to be perfect about it... If someone was banned in error, then I'll remove it, like I did for tan's ban. After he came back and talked to me about it, I removed it.

We all make mistakes, none of us believes that we are perfect in that regard. The pits has over 1000 nicks that are banned, and I'm pretty sure there are a good percentage of them that shouldn't be there; we all have to live with those decisions.
But this isn't about those people Ack, this is about your continued delusions that there is a speed-warp-flicker hack that a select few people are using, rather than just admitting that the game has lag and some people are better snipers than you. And now you're kicking anyone at all that does the same thing..
I remember a few weeks ago, you and I were on Nod, playing on Islands and you sent me a PM, something like "I finally figured out what they are doing, just mash the ASDW keys really fast, in any order." Then you and I proceeded to do it while the other one watched and you proclaimed "THATS IT!" as I was warping around right in front of your eyes.. and yet YOU STILL KICK PEOPLE FOR HAVING A FUCKING FLICKER HACK.
I told you.. it got old, and I was growing tired of it. You're upset now.. you feel that our "friendship" has been broken, that I've "Turned on you".. tell me.. how the fuck do you think all those other people feel that you accuse? And if I side with you, and don't stand up for people like x50 or snipegod1, I have essentially bought in to the "old boys club" and stabbed them in the back myself. YOU put me in those positions.. and YOU can't take it yourself.
Last night, I thought you understood this, whithout having to go to these great lenghts in public, you actuall "Apologized" to me in an IRC PM, saying you were sorry for blowing it out of proportion.. I UNBANNED you from the server, and then wake up to find out your talking shit in F2 chat, in other servers about the whole incident, me and our community..
Whos stabbing who in the back now?

I'm not kicking anyone who warps. I am kicking people who do the insane warp, which is aided by what Madness just said... You can appear to warp even more by setting your KPBS rate down.
When I did that test with you, you were warping, but you weren't moving from the Airstrip runway to the Hand's footstep in less than a second. You were just flickering side to side like any other sniper does.
This is where I draw the line. If someone moves extremely fast, as in they're at one side of the tunnel and then on the other, within a second, I get suspicious. If they're killing me really easily at the same time, I have a hard time thinking that isn't a cheat.
I mean, in my view, it totally disregards the way the game was set up... Unless these people have jetpacks that you can't see, I don't know how they're moving that fast, and it can't just be latency... Because I've never seen any other FPS game with this particular happenstance.

There's a big difference between x50 and SnipeGod1. A HUGE difference. Want to know? Snipe moves just like you do. Or like I do. Or like any other flickering sniper does.
x50 moves at an impossible rate of speed, and gets very questionable kills through objects and such while doing that. This has always been my problem with him. That, and the fact that he calls himself "the best sniper ever" when he does this stuff. It's almost as if he's cheating the game just to get people to worship him.
I have no problems with the way Snipegod plays, because observing him shows that he uses tactics and knows how to hide and shoot. He doesn't depend on moving at warp nine to keep from dying, and to get kills on people.
I did, indeed, talk shit about the server, there's no denying that. I can't remember exactly what was said, I just remember saying that Crimson's server is where I plan on staying now because of what you've told me... And that you accused me of cheating, and that I refuse to play somewhere where I'm accused of cheating by the server administrator.
I probably made other comments saying that you were mad because I killed you easier in vehicles than others did, and I apoligize for that. It's just a knee-jerk reaction to being banned from a place I've played in for a very long time.
I had no idea that you had unbanned me from the server. That and the fact that you wouldn't respond to anything I wrote to you in IRC wasn't helping me understand that I wasn't still banned. For all I knew at that point in time, you still thought I cheat and didn't want to remove the ban because of what I had said... So I gave up on it and moved on to playing somewhere else.
If I'm unbanned, that's great, thank you. I don't know if I'll come back and play until RenGuard is out, just so you'll be certain that I don't cheat.
In addition to that, if you come down here in March, bring your computer with you. I'll bring mine along for the ride, and I'll show you that I can kill you just the same with your computer as I can with mine.

I've received literally dozens of complaints of ACK abusing his moderator powers in the server. There's no denying it. But I would never accuse him of cheating himself.

EDIT: ACK do you really think people just listen to other's opinions about you? When I first came to the offical forums back when WS hosted them I read three of your posts, gathered from them that you were arrorgant, but I don't have anything against you. Most people just don't like the snide retorts you throw at them, for no reason or good reasons for that matter.

Actually, yes, I've spoken with many people who were basically brainwashed into thinking that I'm evil and out to destroy the world, just because someone doesn't like me.
Then I talk to them on AIM or something, and they go "Wow, you aren't the big evil person everyone always makes you out to be."

I have never seen this warping effect. I cant snipe so I dont bother. By any chance does any one have a recording they can post up. I would like to see it.
