Well, I can't say that I've made the skin I wanted. . . However, I did manage to make this. It really is pretty, and it's not really all that much brighter than the normal Stealth skin. . . I think I'll make this my normal Stealth skin from now on, unless I'm playing in a Pure server. If anyone claims it makes Stealthed units more visible, then I'll shrink it down to half size(though I'd prefer not to, considering how pretty it looks as it is. It's an all-around win situation, really.
Also, I never should'a found that PhotoShop DDS plugin. I've been making all sorts of weird-ass Stealth skins I'll never use. Rainbows, smiley faces, bright white, "random" colors, rainbow, a freaking Stealth Black Hand Skin skin. . . I've been making all sorts of weird ones.

Well I was in my Orcas scanning the Area, I found this guy 4 times with a Stanks...(Just cauz im a good player  ) Is there He say i was cheating even with RG ..
But that sux PPl can cheat even With RG online 
So, Need a solution plz
or i will start to cheat me too  and that just with a Good Stheal Skin

Translation time. I can actually handle this.
"Well, i was in my Orca, scanning the target area i was defending/patrolling. I found this one guy 4 times when he was in a Stealth Tank. (Just because im a good player. ) It is at this time, that he says that i am cheating, even though i have Renguard running.
But that is incorrect, people cannot cheat with Renguard activated.
So, i need a solution please, or..." He lost me after this.

I think, and mind you, I'm hoping he isn't saying this, but I think what he might be saying is this:

Or. . .
"Or I will start to cheat. Also, that's a good Stealth Effect skin.[In reference to my little blue skin.]"
Even I'm not sure which is more accurate. And I'm not just being an ass this time, either. I'm honestly confused!

You're all wrong, he said "if you don't fix this cheat, i will start to use this cheat too", meaning he will also download a bright stealth skin as G doesn't stop it anyway...

Actually I found something that's pretty nasty, after getting my new video card I kept seeing a black flicker in certain areas. Well turns out whenever a sbh crosses where there is shade like near a tree it turns black as it runs through. Although I don't think it always happens. I'll see if I can get a screenshot of this, it's almost like cheating, but unintentional of course.

Just to help, I noticed that exact same thing on my new X800XL at full settings on C&C_Hourglass.mix, GDI side, by the tree on the left side of the AGT. I haven't noticed it since, but then again, I haven't played that map that often since then, either

I skipped the last 30 posts so if i repeat what someone else has, sorry.
.dds or .tga skins are allowed in conjunction with RG. Just not when the server has enabled the pure function. However, these skins and textures hardly do anything for the player.
The sbh and stank skins (when modded) do hardly any help to the player using them. So if anyone was to be using a stealth hack it would be an objects.ddb file. So while using RG (most people) cannot use the cheat/hack.

It is possible for RG to scan for just certain file names even if they are .dds or .tga, or even .wav... just requires a small change on the master server. Perhaps once I have completely finished the "w3d uploader" then we will be able to more efficiently approve those sorts of files which are not considered cheating.

I am 2 ways about your new decision, i distictly remember you saying a while ago that RG was here to protect the game and keep it as pure as possible. So allowing some files? What for?
