yeah...that's clouds. with some mosaic pixelation and some half tone patern and sharpening and hue/saturation adjustments. i think maybe somethin else too...but i can't remember what i did...i was tryin all different sorts of stuff.

I did get it from a tutorial, but not that one. And i actually added a few steps on to the tutorial added some dif filters and such to make it look like fire Smile lol the one i made does'nt even look like that at all Razz
