SEAL | BLS (Boston Latin School) is actually the nation's first public school. Our library is better equipt than many college libraries, we have shit loads of extra curriculars, and at least 15 AP courses available.
So yes, I concider myself lucky to go there.

Ya, My school is considered one of the best in Illinois. People have moved here from all around the world to attend this school district. We currently have 20ish foreign exchange students. Most are from Sweden and Switzerland. There are a couple Russians, a few Germans, and one kid is from Spain. The funny things is they ALL play tennis.
It has grown so much out here. When my High School opened in 1950 it had about 45 students. Last year it had 4500. Our town has gone through an extremely fast growth spurt. When we moved here 13 years ago there were about7 K people, today there is a little over 22k.
I think we have more than 15 AP courses. There are some extremely crazy course we also have. We have a history of American film, all you do is watch movies all class period. Our pschology teacher is cool. They watch family guy, futurama and the Simpson's ,then the students have to do little character analysis on the different characters. She was my study hall teacher last year. I have not take then class.
