Recruit

My friend recently bought a new computer so now him and his brother share a DSL connection. I'm not sure what he said it was that he uses to split it. Well the question is he used to host a TS server, but now that they share the connection it won't allow anybody but him and his brother to join it. Does anybody know how to help?
