I had this with my old system, which is what caused it to get fuckee-fucked.

The processor is overheating, that's the most likely situation. Leave it on for a bit and touch the processor. If you get burned, there's the problem.

Or you can monitor it from the system setup screen if it has a hardware monitor. You're pretty much fucked, and unless you get a totally new system, you might as well get ready to lose all of your hard drive accessibility because Windows will corrupt and not allow you to boot it.
