Sorry if I'm being annoying here but I still don't get it. From what you've said it sounds like I have to get into "My Information" highlight the "My Persona" box and just type in my new login to get it on the list. I f this is the case then it isn't working because Renegasde win't let me type anything into that box.

Edit: And now it dawns on me how much of a dumb fucker I've been, sorry about all this, thanks for the help anyway.
