All of you that say this do not under what he first said. When you are at a school, all the ones I know have very restrictive settings. You cannot go to the Control Panel or Run. Those are blocked for security reasons. Remember to read before you post... :rolleyes:

He did not say that that specifically was blocked, and you'd be surprised how many people don't know about DXDiag. At my university I can access DXDiag, and the network/computers is/are still extremely restrictive (can't install anything, etc.). Maybe you should read, or rather think before you post.
