Hopefully we take him alive, not kill him, but forced to live in a U.S prision isolated from the rest of the world the rest of his life.
Killing him is to nice. He would be getting out of it the way to easy way.

If we don't kill him during the war, but make him a prisoner, every terrorist will use his captivity a cause. If he is dead the martyr(sp) cause would be short lived.
