And yes, the Ark could be preserved somewhat. Up ontop of a mountain where is is hard for any bacteria to grow with the freezing climate and the fact that there is less oxygen up there means that bacteria wouldn't grow so easily to decay it. Especially seeing as this thing was so large.

Even so, though, if it's been sitting up there for four thousand years, you'd think there wouldn't be too much of it left. Neutral

Not Nessecarilly, entire mammoths have been preserved for thousands of years.

Sure, in tar pits and blocks of ice where bacteria can't really get to them.

I'm not saying that none of this is true, I'm just wondering how it can even be possible that a 450-foot-long hunk of wood can still be around after 4000-5000 years. If it turns out to be a wooden ship and possible THE ark, I'd be amazed to find out how it's stayed around for so long, along with the fact that everything in the Bible would be proven true Very Happy.
