That is not usually possible. However, if you are determined to have two separate purchase menus for each team, each linked to a building, my advice to you would be that you use Jonwil's "preset purchase" script for each menu, and set each menu up as a "purchase area," with marked places or pads onto which you walk to purchase a certain preset, and then you link each preset's capability to be purchased to your desired building. Download Jonwil's scripts 1.6, and view the readme. (Scripts download - http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=231501 )
