Why does this stupid fuck keep posting? DOes he not understand he is being ignored?

Well there is a problem with the app:

THe only time people that have been added to the ban list by the will work is when a new map loads or you manually do a gameover.

THe fds reloads the wolbanlist.txt after each map. So, when a ban happens it in the fds console, a person is banned from that point on. But if you manually add a person to the ban list, you will have to do a !gameover NOW in game to go to the nextmap, once the next map is loaded, any new entries that you have added to the banlist will take affect.

I'm not sure if they app will be usefull if it only does this, but I guess its better than nothing...

The app will be a small windows app free to the public anyone can use it, except snipesmo.
