hence the portfolios of the staff. my portfolio is quite shit right now...i havn't been able to put up any good links.

in life you want to show off credentials and who you are, but you're not going to wear diamond necklaces that spin and wear all this other expensive clothing. instead, you're going to go for a simple and elegant look. same as with a company...you don't want to be all flashy and show off, you just want them to know that you do quality work. if they're gonna do buisness with you, they're not going to judge completely on your site, they're gonna also look at the standards and character of the company as well as the staff. looks aren't everything.
