Go for the 2 x 512MB if you have the room. The price difference depends on the brand but on average you save �100 - �200 going with the 2 DIIMS rather than a 1GB DIMM. The places I genrally order components from are:

I use different e-tailers for different products. dabs.com is an all round general supplier of everything and offers cheap P&P, I normally use that. For more specific items such as as the ATI Remote Wonder and specific brands, ebuyer and tekheads offer a better choice.
