I'm looking for a photoshop tutorial, and I found one but it game an error this page can not be displayerd BLA BLA BLA thing. . . SO I was wondering if any of you knew where I could find this tutuorial at. I am looking for a tutorial on how to make an eye like the LOTR eye thing, or a flaming eye of some sort. I found a tutorial here but it gave me the error thing http://www.good-tutorials.com/search.php?offset=10&q=eye it's the bottom one, I am looking for a tutorial that can teach me to do that.
