If he is planning something, the worst he can do is probably some outdated mail bomber he got from astalavista.com.
Furthermore, his ISP sucks big time ASS. Anything he does will be monitored by AOL which will cut him off for any old reason.
And also he's on a shitty dial up, so he can't do ANYTHING with great speed anyway!
I wouldn't even classify him as a script kiddy. I'll give him credit he he can turn on the PC tho and use word LMFAO.
