I recently installed Milkshape 3D, I relalized it didn't work. So then I grab Gmax and when I click on the icon it brings me to the Milkshape 3D setup.

This also screwed up my desktop icons:

Heres what happens when I click the setup icon. They unzip works fine, then when its unzipped it goes to Milkshape 3D setup? What the hell?

( I also got latest patch )

Please help me solve this problem.
