First off all get rid of that ugly font. Use Verdana (like most sites are using) or something similar at size 10-12.

Lose the marquee it makes the site hard to navigate. Little annoying when I have to wait for the link to appear again.

Get your site name, EclipseGame, in the header. From just looking at the site I do not understand what it is about. Try to get some characters from games in there so it is more understandable.

I dislike the "under construction" symbols. They do not clash with the menu Aprime made. Maybe you could just make the link go to an "under construction" webpage.
