The only change in 4.6 Update 2 is mitigation for the new cheat so it wont work anymore. Obviously I will not say anything more on exactly what the cheat is, how it works or how we stopped it from working.
If you are running 4.6 (or any earlier version) you will be automatically updated to 4.6 Update 2.
People wanting a full installer, a server download or a tools download can find them on the Tiberian Technologies website (www.tiberiantechnologies.org) in the downloads section.
The tools and source stuff hasn't changed since 4.6 Update 1 and the server zip is just a small zip you unzip over the top of 4.6 Update 1 rather than a full zip. The installer will install 4.6 and then update you to Update 2.
People who need DA will have to wait for a 4.6 compatible version of DA to be released (which should be fairly simple for someone to do given what's changed in 4.6)
