So infantry get a speed buff while vehicles can get fucked over by Techs and Hotties because they can dodge and run up to the tanks faster. Ya... totally good idea. Oh and the fact I am highly predicting the Obelisk will be completely useless against GDI because GDI can dodge the shots now.
