I run on Windows 8 64bit and its fineeeeeeee.

Only problem I had on windows 7 was to do with administration privledged, running the application in administrator wasn't always enough.

Resolved it by turning off UAC

On W7/8 AUC actually provides added security, so I wouldn't recommend turning it off overall.
