with DD-WRT it does but it still wont seem to set up that way yet =/

DD-WRT gives you the options (in wireless mode) as client, client bridged, ap, repeater, and ...forgot last one, im sure repeater should be it right?

The second router has dchp disabled and set to yuse my other router as the server, which works but of course has to be connected via wire. both have same SSID and mac filtering and on different channels, however as said, wont do it WIRELESSLY and that's my problem =/ and now I see your second reply thanks I will give it a try and I believe it does have WDS but I guess Ill look into it thanks!
