The XWIS network is currently broken and nobody can connect. There's nothing wrong on your end. As for when it will be fixed... nobody knows, there's just a deathly silence from the XWIS team as to when it will be back online.
Also, this doesn't belong in the RenGuard subforum as it doesn't look like you are using RenGuard (and even if you were it's not relevant to this issue).
