Download the client version.
Although I'd highly recommend you getting Scripts 4.0 beta 4 as it has alot more bugfixes and is generally superior to RR in every respect.

scripts 4.0 stops more cheats, which is why more servers rely on it and RR is considered obsolete
coincidentally the same reason some players refuse to use it (which suggests they have something to hide)

tbh RR wasn't really obsolete in terms of anti-cheat. On a full RR server (clientside & Serverside) most cheats was stopped. (It was recently updated before TT came out to stop the most known cheat).
