No, you can't create ST/XWIS accounts in Renegade. You create them at http://strike-team.net/forums/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=r egister

Any particular reason why we have this new system to do a simple task, which was working fine before this?

Im not too sure whether I just dont enjoy Anime anymore or whether its just I dont have time really to shit and watch it.
