Thanks for the input.

I've used Speedfan and it turns out the Core temp. goes up to around 80 degrees and that's whent the lag comes, during the lag the Temp1 (no idea what this is btw) temp goes up to around 78 as well. When the lag stops the core temp drops to around 70 and everything is fine for a bit untill the core temp start heating up again and the lag wave comes again.

Oh, CPU usage also goes up to around 100% during the lag spikes.

So how do I go about fixing this?
