Does using XWIS still work? Whenever I try making a new account on it it says Connecting.... but then times out.

Are you trying to get a new nickname? The old way no longer works sadly and so it will always time out on you. Instead you will have to go here and create an account by registering:
http://xwis.net/control_panel/
Then add your serial there and make any new nicknames if you want.

Hmm. Looks like my serial is invalid or used.
Does XWIS's server list also share the IP? I'm trying to get to a specific server and know how to direct-connect. RR doesn't list it.

Anyway, I am not really sure what you are asking. From what I remeber, XWIS doesn't list the server's IP addresses...if that's what you meant.
