Linux documentation, guides and how-tos are astoundingly sparse. This (combined with a slower rate of GUI improvement) is why we all run windows, and everything that entails. I'd recommend installing Ubuntu at home, and play about (trying to get it to see and work with window networks, especially printers, is often entertaining). The only real way to learn is by doing.
(Whilst this remains the case, Linux won't gain mainstream acceptance, and we're all dommed to Ballmer / Jobs, both of whom are called "Steve"... conspiracy?!)
Renguard is a wonderful initiative

Supporters of Proposition 8 will argue California does not discriminate against gays, as the current law allows them to get married - as long as they wed a partner of the opposite sex.
