Same EXACT header? Either that is one hell of a coincidence or they were made by the same person. I know you'll say header's need all that stuff but as a amateur webdesigner I know that from person to person it varies.

Except for the meta tag, the rest are default html tags, 98% of the websites you'll find use those, some take advantage of what the meta tags can do, and some are made by Front Page and will have the extra couple of meta tags like that one.

There is no evidence there whatso ever to prove nothing, except that the page was made using HTML. :rolleyes: Razz
