On a serious note, what is more likely is that they will Google or Facebook (using site names as verbs FTW) his real name, and his online nickname may well be mentioned somewhere on his profile, they might then google that, and find this.
At any rate, all I've discovered is that users on cocaine are harder to moderate, stop taking it!
