I should have mentioned this when I found out but anyways... it is still possible to delete nicks using the same method, the link just changed.

It's now at http://xwis.net/xwi/rg/?a=delete_nick (rg and xwi were switched around) and currently that control panel is only for RA2 & YR.
You can use nicks from other serial but to delete them, it must be on the serial you're using.
