i was up on top of Under and fired a shot at a pic by the GDI entrance, he didn't move until almost the last second and it tracked his head and dropped him where he stood

also, if you're trying to kill a stank don't jump because the rockets arc
it will kill you if you're right on the thing but generally with left click they'll go over close targets
