The cooling pad I got today is flat... it sucks ass. I would much rather have a curved one again, but haven't seen any others besides the Belkin. Actually I went and got my broken old curved pad and just put it under my laptop to let air get to it and still keep it off my balls... and it is already a lot cooler than it was. You can't convince me that they work better on a flat surface...

And as it is called a laptop I think it should be used without problems in someone's lap... otherwise they should just call it a mobile desktop. Huh
