Are you trying to say the random number generator that remixes the teams has a vendetta against you? Even if there were 20 good players on the other side, about 10 of them should be with you next time... maybe it's the fact you're on their side that makes them "retarded".

Also, Publics => cooperation. CW => individual skill.

Cooperation is harder to achieve, but I'll give you some pointers:

1) Don't be a cheating ass.
2) Ask for things nicely.
3) Congratulate other team members when they do something well.

(2 and 3 require you to lose the ego a bit, but I'm sure you'll cope)

Also, was this split from the dicussion as to whether one should play aggressively or run in some weird situation on field?

public > hoping u got a teammate that can actually make a difference, usually not the case and then its just a case of 'who has the least morons on their team', in clanwars its actually skill and teamwork that gets the job done
