Install the renegade FDS found on ftp.westwood.com

To create a server-side mod you would need the level edit tool on ftp.westwood.com or you could write code to modify the server.

Either way I would suggest running SSGM from www.black-cell.net.

Also, please type better sentences, and try to write better English. Although I recognise it is not your first language.
