Well for a start you could try waiting more than 4 hours for a response, most people are in bed at midnight, myself included.

Anyway, as for BRenBot not responding... there IS no response to the !update command in IRC or ingame, it just happens silently. If you want to see what it's doing look at the console window, it should report any errors there.

It would also help if you posted in the right subforum, BRenBot support is in the 'Other Products' subforum. This subforum is for Win32 FDS problems, not bot problems.
