Your key isnt that WOLDATA file. It's in your Register.
HKLM -> Software -> Westwood -> Renegade

This has a key called SERIAL which contains your serial Thumbs Up

Then i would say if you have the key from the register just download an CD Image from the internet and just use your key to install Thumbs Up
