As a native Bulgarian, I can completely agree with the point of your picture, but it's stupid and ignorant to think they don't have burgers in Europe.
The main difference being in American burgers and European burgers is that they use a lot less corn in Europe (Since it isn't heavily subsidized like it is here in the United States), which leads to a less-fattening meal.
