The court does fuck up quite a bit, but in a high profile case such as Michael Goddamn Jackson, the guy who sold the best selling album in world history, do you really think anyone would have let it slide if he faked his way out or in some way WAS guilty?

He was a guilty prick and found not guilty just like MJ.
OJ was obviously guilty, but the reason he wasn't convicted was because of the racial tensions that were created. MJ's case had NOTHING to do with race. He was never convicted because the overwhelming evidence is he was innocent.
