Because I don't know. Like I said, I'm not working on those parts and have no idea whether the people who do plan to do more graphical enhancements. I know that there is nothing planned, but unlike with netcode and engine related questions, I can't say whether or not these things may get done later on. Someone else will have to tell.

Still there are more people in the team? If I read these topics I mostly get the feel there are only like three people working on TT. (Its just a feeling, not saying there really are three people some peeps mayby dont prefer posting? I mean I only see like Saberhawk, Evilwhitedragon and you posting)
